14 SKILLSHARE Overviews and Complaints Pissed Client.

I signed up for Skillshare as a free trial.

The day BEFORE my trial was designed to finish I received the email from them thanking me for subscribing to Premium.

Obviously, I was confused. It is normal for companies to provide free trials in hopes you enjoy the item enough to actually pay for it. What is not normal is for the enterprise to LIE for you and bill you the day before the free trial will even end, in effect alerting you and then stealing your cash. I was angry.

I looked online and following 30 minutes of digging I found a telephone number for your firm (Red flag, what legitimate company does not have an easily accessible customer service number?) . I called this number and it went straight to voicemail. Now I was freaking out cause all these adventures were causing me to think this actually was a scam. The only option left to me was to write them an email via their website. This was more than 3 months before, and I have yet to have a response.

I'm appalled at how that they handle business (by first tricking their customers, then dismissing their issues). They stole my cash without any warning and are now unreachable.

I went back on their own site as well as their advertising for Premium is a lie. It clearly states that your Premium account is cancelable at any time. What they actually mean is you can cancel it so that it won't renew at the next billing cycle (which will be an whole year!!) . They Top 5 Best Online Education Sites Similar to Skillshare - Investory are crooks. If their content were good, I would have happily continued using their solutions, but all their movies are items I can locate on YouTube or alternative areas at no cost. The one thing I an do now is spare others the hassle.

DO NOT sign up for your free trial. If you do a bit more research you will find a multitude of different reviews like mine.

Go to Lynda.com or YouTube. Please, do not make the exact same mistake that I did, and stay away!!

I composed Skillshare one final time, also it looks like from the previous 4 weeks they've upped their customer service match. I received a biased response apologizing to my previous experience and with an offer to repay me all my cash. This gesture was more than I expected, and I am grateful to know that individuals do really work at this business, and it seems they're listening to the negative reviews and seeking to create a much better company. I still have a sour taste in my mouth, but I feel as though after they ended up giving me my cash back I need to upgrade my review and provide them more than one star.
